Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume or senior-level corporate roles ~ Proven ability to manage 70+ open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed ~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ~ Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, or provide guidance to another recruiter ~ Manage 70+ open requisitions at a time across corporate/overhead functions, including, Project Controls, Purchasing, Safety, Mergers & Acquisitions, Marketing & Sales, Information Technology Partner closely with executives and department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent. Provide mentorship, direction, and day-to-day guidance to another recruiter. Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Balance speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction across all hires.
