Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Indianapolis, IN
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Shift- Day (Monday to Friday)
Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic and passionate BCBA to join a multidisciplinary team focused on providing play-based, neurodiversity-affirming therapy to children aged 2-7 . This is a salaried position with weekly bonus potential based on billable hours. You will collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to create and implement individualized treatment plans in a fun and engaging environment.
Qualifications :
• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related field
• Active BCBA certification and supervisor eligibility
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with Autism
• Proficient in ABA strategies including DTT and NET
• Current CPR certification
• Must pass a criminal background check
