Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Indianapolis, IN. The BCBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing direct and indirect support to clients. The role includes collaborating with families and caregivers, supervising behavior technicians, and providing parent education to ensure continuity of care and progress in treatment goals.
Qualifications
Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Experience in providing Parent Education and support
Strong understanding of Psychology and behavioral sciences
Proficiency in Behavior Management and the development of intervention plans
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Strong communication and collaboration skills in working with families and caregivers
Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Previous experience in working with individuals with autism is highly desirable
