Pay Rate: $19.55/hr

Shift: 6:30am to 3:30pm

Description: Now hiring motivated Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, typically 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (start times may be 7:00 a.m. with shifts running as late as 5:30 p.m.). This role involves rotating across multiple jobs on the production floor, following all safety policies, completing required documentation, and working in a cold environment (38-40°F). Candidates must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day and regularly lift up to 40 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior production or forklift/walkie experience is a plus. Starting pay is $19.55/hr with increases to $19.85/hr after 6 months and $20.15/hr after 12 months.
