Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to become a vital part of our dynamic, team-oriented group. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a Level II and Level III NICU in the beautiful and family-friendly community of Henderson, Nevada.
Where You'll Practice:
- St. Rose Siena Campus
- 26-bed, Level III NICU
- Average daily census of 22
- St. Rose San Martin Campus
- 6-bed Level II NICU
- Average daily census of 3
- More intimate care setting
- Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in both NICU environments.
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, and inhaled nitric oxide.
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Work with a highly skilled nursing team in a supportive environment.
- Engage in flexible scheduling to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
- Serve a vibrant, growing community offering excellent lifestyle opportunities.
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neonatology.
- Willingness to relocate if not currently residing in the area.
- Experience level: Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates.
- Clean medical malpractice and license history preferred.
- Valid Neonatology or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification.
- Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain one.
