Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled andcompassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to joinour well-established Internal Medicine practice in Somerset, Massachusetts. Thisfull-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights,weekends, or holiday call requirements, making it ideal for providers seekingwork-life balance in a collegial, patient-centered environment.

Schedule & WorkEnvironment: Full-time: 4-5 days per week, Mondaythrough Friday, No night shifts, weekends, or holiday call. Supportiveteam structure with collaborative physician oversight. Onboardingsupport provided, including EMR training and credentialing assistance.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitivesalary range: $120,000 - $140,000. Comprehensive benefits packageincluding Malpractice coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, CME allowance and PTO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide independent care toadult patients under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician
• Perform physical exams,evaluate medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and manage acuteand chronic conditions
• Develop and implementpatient-centered treatment plans
• Educate patients onpreventive health measures, treatment compliance, and lifestyle changes
• Maintain thoroughdocumentation in the electronic medical record system
• Participate in carecoordination and quality improvement activities

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner(Adult or Family) or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
• Valid DEA certificate andMassachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
• 1-3 years of primary careexperience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment,communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to practiceindependently within the scope of experience, training, and confidence
