  • Physician:
    • Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
  • Support: 4 RN s, 3 APP s, 1 MA
• Call: N/A
• EMR System: Epic

Requirements:

• Certification: BC IM
• License: Active Washington upon presentation; IMLC
• Life Certifications: BLS
