Kate Ryan Event Rentals is looking for a reliable, Warehouse assistant to join our operations team. This unique role blends warehouse, High detailed cleaning (Furniture and touch ups with more details in the interview) with an eye for detail high-end rental inventory.. If you're detail-oriented, love working with your hands, and have a great personality. Key Responsibilities: Anticipate any inventory or quality issues that could impact future orders Tag, label, clean, and organize inventory by category and event Maintain and Clean a variety of materials (velvet, brass, glass, wood, etc.) Inspect, stage, and process outbound and returned event orders Assist in truck loading/unloading and basic repairs when needed. Collaborate with the Fabrication specialist for major repairs and new customizable inventory offerings Identify damaged or missing Will go on deliveries from time to time What We’re Looking For: 1+ years warehouse inventory , or event operations (big plus if you understand warehouse operations) Detail-oriented and highly organized Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warm, non-air-conditioned environment Experience with inventory software Preferred: Experience in luxury rentals or any high end industry A collaborative, all-hands-on-deck attitude and flexibility with shifting priorities Work Environment & Benefits: Fast-paced, physically active non-air-conditioned warehouse setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
