Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Licensed Texas Psychologist (LSSP/PSYCH) is sought for a full-time, school-based position within a K-12 educational setting in West Houston, TX. This contract role extends from ASAP through June 4, 2026, requiring onsite support for school campuses with standard psychological duties. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations for students. Provide behavioral support and intervention strategies. Collaborate with educators and families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Offer consultation to school staff regarding student mental health and learning needs. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success. Qualifications: Valid, active Texas LSSP/PSYCH license (submission of a license screenshot required). Proven school-based experience, preferably within the Texas public school system. Experience working with students with autism and behavioral challenges is highly desirable. Ability to commit to full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), no part-time candidates. Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to West Houston campuses. Ability to complete required fingerprinting and background checks promptly.
