Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time position is seeking a qualified professional to provide behavioral support within a K-12 school setting, specifically in an ASD program. The role requires working onsite with students on the autism spectrum, addressing behavioral needs to promote a positive learning environment. The contract position runs from ASAP through June 18, 2025, with a schedule of 32.5 hours per week. Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to students with ASD Collaborate with educators and support staff to address behavioral challenges Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Maintain documentation and comply with program guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized student support Qualifications: Active MA license or certification as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with K-12 students on the autism spectrum and managing behaviors School-based experience strongly preferred Ability to complete required CORI and fingerprint background checks Strong communication and collaboration skills Location: Worcester, MA (onsite) Benefits of this position include a structured school-year contract and the opportunity to work closely with students in an ASD program, making a meaningful impact on their educational experience.
