Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time opportunity is available for a skilled Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support an ASD program within a K-12 school setting in Boston, MA. This position requires direct, onsite work with students on the autism spectrum, with a strong focus on behavior management and support. The role is scheduled for 32.5 hours per week, running immediately through June 18, 2025. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to students on the autism spectrum. Collaborate with educators and support staff to create and maintain a positive learning environment. Monitor and document student progress and behavioral data. Participate in meetings regarding student development and behavior strategies. Ensure compliance with all school and state policies, including safety and confidentiality standards. Qualifications: Active MA license or certification as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience working with students with ASD and managing diverse behavioral needs. Prior school-based experience is required. Ability to complete CORI background check and fingerprinting as per state requirements. Strong communication and teamwork skills conducive to a school environment.
