Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of pharmacy operations while fulfilling full pharmacist duties. Supervise, coach, and schedule pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and interns. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies, including HIPAA and controlled substance regulations. Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and records for audits and regulatory inspections. Oversee pharmacy inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, returns, and controlled drug monitoring. Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree. Active pharmacy license in Utah. Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or community pharmacy, with management experience preferred. Certification to administer immunizations. CPR certification. Location: Hyrum, Utah.
