Outpatient Pharmacists for immediate direct hire opportunities. Location: Naperville, IL Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours Responsibilities: Manage pharmacy operations specific to oncology and hematology outpatient services Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and patient safety Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and medication therapy management Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department Qualifications & Desired Experience: Pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain Illinois pharmacy license Previous experience in pharmacy management, preferably in
