setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee pharmacy operations within the
oncology/hematology
outpatient department to ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards Manage medication dispensing, verify prescriptions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring quality patient care and efficient workflow Maintain accurate records, inventory management, and support quality improvement initiatives Qualifications & Desired Experience: Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager with knowledge of hospital inpatient and outpatient pharmacy practices Expertise in oncology and hematology pharmacy operations is a strong plus Licensed pharmacist or eligible to apply for Illinois pharmacy licensure Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care Location: Aurora, IL Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours in an outpatient setting This opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on specialized oncology and hematology pharmacy.
