This role focuses on delivering tailored instructional support to students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative school environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations. Adapt curriculum to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities across grades K-12. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning and development. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary.
