Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available within a dynamic K-12 school setting in Kenner, LA, serving students from PreK through 8th grade. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing speech and language support to a diverse student population. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language services to students ranging from PreK to 8th grade, addressing articulation, language development, fluency, and phonological disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate student needs and treatment effectiveness. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification appropriate for school settings. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Prior experience working with K-12 students in schools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload of 50-60 students effectively. Open to candidates at the Clinical Fellowship level. Position Details: Location: Kenner, LA (Onsite only) Caseload options: PreK-8th grade with 50-60 students 4th-8th grade with 55 students (please specify preference) Contract duration: Current School Year ending May 21, 2026 Full-time: 37.5 hours per week Start Date: ASAP This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth and direct student engagement in a supportive educational environment.
