Director of Pharmacy This is a mission-driven leadership opportunity for a pharmacist passionate about expanding access to care, supporting 340B operations, and advancing pharmacy services in an underserved community. The Pharmacy Operations Lead plays a critical role in overseeing daily pharmacy operations while partnering with executive leadership to support growth, compliance, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, staff performance, and workflow efficiency
Manage pharmacy policies, procedures, hiring, training, and scheduling
Prepare and verify prescription orders; collaborate with prescribers as needed
Oversee inventory, ordering, storage, and controlled substance compliance
Maintain accurate records for inventory, patient data, and insurance claims
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and 340B requirements
Monitor pharmacy presentation, product organization, and service quality
Address patient concerns and ensure a high standard of customer service
Support retail pharmacy development, including assistance with opening a new pharmacy in Marion
Provide telepharmacy support as needed
Collaborate with Executive Leadership on pharmacy performance, staffing needs, and growth initiatives
Requirements
PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program
Active Indiana Pharmacist license
Certified immunizer
3+ years of pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience in an FQHC, community health setting, and/or 340B program strongly preferred
