A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in North Central Indiana is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a full-time, direct hire position. This role is ideal for pharmacy leaders located in the Greater Kokomo area who are open to a reasonable commute.
Schedule MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Lunch daily: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM No weekends or holidays Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for pharmacy staff and daily operations Oversee prescription verification and clinical collaboration with providers Manage medication ordering, inventory controls, and controlled substances Ensure compliance with state, federal, and 340B program requirements Support retail pharmacy operations and telepharmacy services Address patient concerns and maintain high service standards Partner with leadership on operational planning and pharmacy growth Requirements xsgimln PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program Active Indiana Pharmacist license Certified immunizer Prior pharmacy management experience strongly preferred Experience in FQHC or 340B settings is a plus A strong opportunity for Kokomo-area pharmacy leaders seeking a weekday-only schedule and long-term stability.
