A K-12 school in Fabens, TX is seeking a licensed School Psychologist (LSSP) for a contract position through the current school year. This on-site role offers the opportunity to support students mental health and educational progress within a dynamic school environment. The anticipated workweek is 37.5 hours, with the exact caseload and assigned schools to be determined. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across K-12 grade levels. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions and support plans. Provide counseling and crisis intervention services. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team evaluations. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations. Qualifications: valid State Licensure as a School Psychologist (LSSP) is required. Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred. Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism. Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
