Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This contract opportunity is for a licensed School Psychologist (LSSP) serving a K-12 school setting in El Paso, TX. The position requires working on-site with an expected schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The contract will run from ASAP until June 12, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students across the K-12 spectrum Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and intervention services to support student mental health and academic success Interpret assessment results and communicate findings effectively to staff and families Assist with crisis intervention as needed within the school environment Qualifications: Valid State Licensure as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) Ability to provide services on-site in El Paso, TX Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and strategies for diverse student populations Effective communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Previous school psychology experience preferred but open to newly licensed professionals Additional Details: Job duration is until June 12, 2026, with potential for renewal or extension Caseload and specific school assignments will be determined upon placement Working within a public school district environment serving diverse communities If you are a passionate School Psychologist committed to supporting student achievement and wellness, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to impact K-12 students in El Paso.
