We're hiring an experienced Pharmacist with Managerial experience for a full-timeopportunity at a high-volume retail pharmacy. Target Start Date:
January 19 Type: 13-week Contract or Contract-to-Hire (if desired) Schedule: MondayFriday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Weekend Rotation:
Saturdays required
Position Overview The Pharmacist-in-Charge will oversee daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance, workflow efficiency, and high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong leader with prior retail pharmacy management experience who can confidently guide staff and maintain operational standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead, support, and supervise pharmacy staff during a period of operational transition
Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications
Maintain inventory control, workflow efficiency, and staffing coordination
Provide immunizations and ensure immunization services are delivered in compliance with guidelines
Serve as the primary point of accountability for pharmacy operations and performance
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Nevada
Strong prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist-in-Charge in a retail setting
Immunization certification required
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a high-volume pharmacy
Comfortable learning new systems (ERx experience preferred; training provided)
