Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is needed to provide school-based counseling services supporting students across multiple grade levels in a K-12 setting. This part-time, itinerant role involves working within a school district to address the social-emotional needs of about 50 students who have individual IEPs. Location:

ASAP 5/21/26 Position Type:
Contract, On-site only Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized counseling services to students across six schools, focusing on their social-emotional development and overall well-being. Collaborate with other LPCs on-site to manage and support a shared caseload effectively. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of counseling sessions and student progress using the district's system. Adapt counseling strategies to meet the varied needs and IEP requirements of student clients. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate support and interventions for students. Qualifications: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential. Masters degree in Counseling or related field. Valid TEA School Counselor certificate. Experience working with K-12 students in a school or educational setting, preferably supporting students with IEPs. Ability to manage caseload across multiple campuses efficiently.
