Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This role supports K-12 students as a paraprofessional in a dynamic school setting located in Englewood, CO. The position offers a contract through the current school year, ending May 22, 2026, with a start date as soon as possible. It is ideal for candidates with at least one year of classroom experience, with a strong preference for those experienced in significant or severe caseloads. Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional and personal support to students across elementary through high school levels. Adapt to various school sites and age groups as assigned. Assist with student needs, including toileting and diapering, when necessary. Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student learning and well-being. Comply with fingerprinting and background check requirements promptly. Punctually report to work by 7:40 AM for elementary assignments or 8:00 AM for middle and high school placements. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of one year experience working in school classrooms. Experience working with significant or severe caseloads is highly preferred. Ability to maintain flexibility with assignment location and student age groups. Reliable transportation is essential; public transportation options such as bus or taxi will not be accepted. Must have two completed Professional RefAssured references at submission; applications without verified references will not be considered.
