A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position is available to support early childhood and elementary school populations beginning in January. This contract opportunity offers the chance to provide essential healthcare services within an educational setting, promoting student wellness and safety. Location: Lakeville, MN Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care and health assessments to students in an elementary school environment Manage and coordinate care plans for students with chronic health conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Provide health education and guidance to students, staff, and parents Respond promptly to acute health issues and emergencies Collaborate with school personnel to support a healthy school environment Maintain accurate and confidential health records Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a school health team Knowledge of school health policies and procedures is a plus Benefits: Engage directly in student health promotion and wellness initiatives Support a positive impact on childhood development and education Gain valuable experience within a school setting Work a consistent full-time schedule during the contract school year This opportunity is ideal for an RN who is passionate about school health and child advocacy, ready to start in January.
