Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current school year with a contract from January through May 29, 2026. This opportunity serves a K-12 school district in the Richmond area of Virginia, providing services across various age groups and caseloads. Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with onsite facilitators and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support student progress. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student. Participate in team meetings and communicate with educational staff, families, and related service providers to ensure holistic care. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Virginia SLP license in good standing. Experience working in school settings preferred. Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning multiple age groups. Strong communication and organizational skills. Location: Position based in Midlothian, VA, servicing a school in the K-12 system.
