Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Leave of Absence contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in a school setting. This position requires a credentialed SLP with expertise in school-based therapy and certification in speech-language pathology (CCC). Location: Amherst, MA Setting: Elementary School (Grades K-4) Duration: Immediate start through February 13, 2026 Hours: Approximately 17 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language services to students through small group sessions, individual therapy, and support within inclusion classrooms. Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to student needs. Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families. Document student progress diligently and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with district standards. certification/license

as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant school-based experience. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology highly preferred. Strong ability to work with children in Grades K-4 within a school environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with educators and families.
