Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Special Education Teacher is needed to support students in grades K-12 at a school located in Webster, NY. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic educational environment, focusing on delivering tailored instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Deliver instruction across grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 as required. Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to support student progress. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies accordingly. Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and growth. Qualifications: Valid Special Education Teacher License is required. Experience working with students in the specified grade ranges is preferred. Strong knowledge of special education laws, assessment tools, and instructional strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Position Details: Location: Webster, NY Contract duration: Immediate start through the end of the school year.
