Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Clinical Fellowship Year to provide essential speech and communication services within a K-12 school setting in El Paso, TX. This role primarily supports students from PreK through 12th grade, with a focus on aiding a high school population that has experienced a gap in speech services for an entire year. The successful candidate will manage a caseload that includes addressing backlogged service needs and ongoing IEP compliance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy to PreK-12 students, focusing on remediation and progress monitoring. Address accumulated unmet speech services, ensuring comprehensive communication support. Collaborate with educators and staff to develop, update, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Manage a caseload of up to 64 students, with potential assignments across one or two school locations. Maintain thorough documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Qualifications: Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Eligibility for or currently in the Clinical Fellowship Year. Ability to supervise and support clinical fellows is a plus. Strong organizational skills to handle caseload demands and backlog. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though not required. Location: Schools located in the Lower Valley area of El Paso, TX, just south and northeast of I10. Schedule: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week, contract through June 29, 2026, with an immediate start date.
