Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare opportunity is available for a skilled professional experienced in cath lab imaging technologies. This contract role involves working with advanced cardiac imaging and catheterization lab procedures in a dynamic clinical setting. Responsibilities: Perform imaging procedures in the catheterization lab with precision and attention to detail Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical staff to support cardiac interventions Monitor patients and maintain equipment integrity throughout procedures Respond promptly during call shifts, providing expert technical support for emergent cases Qualifications: Registry Certified in Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credential required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Prior experience in electrophysiology (EP) lab settings is highly preferred Strong understanding of cath lab technical protocols and patient safety standards Schedule: Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week Approximately 10 days per month of on-call duty, including nights and weekends Located in Athens, Georgia, this opportunity offers the chance to work in a vibrant community known for its rich history, lively cultural scene, and excellent quality of life.
