Vice President, Transformation

JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, a high-growth private equity-backed industrial company, is seeking a Vice President of Transformation. The position will focus on operational and commercial initiatives to drive change across the business, including but not limited to post-merger integration, PMO, pricing transformation and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will have more than three years of post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier firm, along with experience outside of consulting in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
