Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Customer Service and/or hospitality experience preferred. Basic office and phone skills are a must. Must have reliable transportation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mainframe applications. Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of detail. Excellent Customer Service skills. Strong Oral Communication skills.
