Greet guests and ask qualifying questions necessary to arrive in system. Light data entry and processing reports. Communicate with management team of your arrivals. Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate department. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Customer Service and/or hospitality experience preferred. Basic office and phone skills are a must. Must have reliable transportation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mainframe applications. Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of detail. Excellent Customer Service skills. Strong Oral Communication skills. Strong Work Ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
