Job Title: AV Engineer

Job Description-
We are seeking a technically skilled AV Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated AV systems. This role is essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of our collaboration spaces, particularly as in-office activity increases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AV hardware, a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Rooms, and a proactive approach to system monitoring and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, deploy, and support AV hardware including Poly, Logitech cameras, Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, and display systems.
Integrate AV systems with Microsoft Teams Rooms platforms.
Monitor AV systems for performance, uptime, and usage trends; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Provide real-time troubleshooting and resolution of AV issues in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and system optimizations.
Collaborate with IT, facilities, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless AV operations.
Deliver user training, create documentation, and support end-user adoption of AV technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in AV engineering or support roles.
AV System Configuration: Hands-on experience with Poly, Logitech, Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, and display technologies.
Unified Communications: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Rooms setup and support.
Monitoring & Diagnostics: Ability to monitor AV systems and quickly identify and resolve issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in a healthcare or high-availability environment is a plus.
