Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role involves managing correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and supporting staff and management with organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

  • Prepare, file, and maintain documents, records, and reports

  • Assist in drafting letters, memos, and presentations

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics

  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information

  • Assist management with special projects and tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or relevant administrative experience

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in office administration or secretarial roles

  • Familiarity with document management systems

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or HR processes
