Key Responsibilities and Duties

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

Prepare, file, and maintain documents, records, and reports

Assist in drafting letters, memos, and presentations

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
