Operations Manager, Event Pop-Ups – Corporate Las Vegas
To ensure seamless execution of large-scale events, the Operations Manager will oversee staffing, onboarding, logistics, and operational management across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage event onboarding: outreach, contractor agreements, pay acknowledgment.
Partner with Legal, People Practices, and Compliance on staffing contracts.
Maintain clear communication with team members covering schedules, uniforms, pay, and expectations.
Oversee payroll submissions, verify hours, reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate product and supply ordering, inventory tracking, vendor relationships.
Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), production schedules, operational documentation.
Collaborate with Special Projects to develop timelines, floor plans, run‑of‑show schedules.
Track and monitor event budgets, report discrepancies or overspending.
Travel to event locations for on‑site support, supervision, logistics, real‑time troubleshooting.
Conduct post‑event debriefs, compile reports on performance, vendor relations, improvements.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma required or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
3–5 years of supervisory/management experience in high‑volume hospitality.
Experience in event operations, staffing coordination, large‑scale logistics.
Strong organizational skills and multi‑project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and vendors.
Proven ability to lead and support new teams in fast‑paced, changing environments.
Experience managing payroll, contracts, and vendor partnerships.
Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail and operational excellence focus.
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying event environments.
Proficiency in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems; Oracle knowledge preferred.
Must be 21+ years of age.

Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain positive energy.
Must read computer monitors and print legibly.
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
Must be able to move quickly and set pace in office.
Must lift up to 75 lbs (with or without assistance).
Work environments: office, casino, nightclub, bar, lounge, restaurant.
5–25% local travel within the United States.
May work extended hours, irregular shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
Professional appearance; courteous interaction with customers, managers, co‑workers.
