Position Details Title: Warehouse Associate (Shipping) Location: Gibbstown, NJ (08027) Schedule: 1st shift, 7:00am - 5:30pm, Tuesday - Friday (10hr shift/4 days) Salary Range: $19.50 hourly, based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Maximize storage space by consolidating materials as necessary Maintain inventory value and location integrity by ensuring all materials are put in their proper locations Responsible for maintaining records for all inventory returns and movements Investigate inventory discrepancies as they arise Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with FIFO usage Learn the receiving function through Dynamics AX to assist the receiver and deliver packages Enter item information into computer systems and verify amounts against packing lists and purchase orders Visually inspect for product damage and enter receiving data Enter and/or receive all product transfers and perform Quality Control as needed Communicate order/receipt errors and other problems to corporate promptly Fill open orders - pick, pull, wrap, and prepare for customer pick-up or shipping Prepare carton labeling and shipping documentation; assist with hazardous material documentation and related regulations Complete and maintain records on above Assist in loading/unloading transfers to/from other Keystone facilities and stock rotation Assist in tracking lost or delayed shipments and file claims if necessary Unload and process deliveries (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Ensure warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is maintained and charged daily as required Routinely work with hazardous chemicals Report building or equipment maintenance to the supervisor or manager Perform and assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 years forklift experience on both stand up reach truck and sit down Minimum 2 years shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse setting Knowledge of warehouse functions including receiving, storage, picking, packing, invoicing and shipping Knowledge of DOT shipping regulations including hazardous material classifications and packing, labeling and shipping requirements UPS Manifest and computer system Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Good attention to detail and administrative skills (processing paperwork, maintaining files, etc.) Experience with inventory control and cycle counts Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision Ability to work independently and in a team environment Education/Certifications High School Diploma Forklift Certification Physical Demands and Environment Physical Demands: Walk, sit, use hands, reach, balance, stoop, bend and lift/move up to 50 lbs daily; ability to maneuver and move 30 to 55-gallon drums or up to 450 pounds with proper equipment Work Environment: Office and warehouse setting with moderate noise, temperatures, dust and dirt; varying temperatures Benefits Weekly Pay Enriched Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) options 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Safe Harbor – Employer Contribution of 3% Tuition Assistance Program Onsite Fitness Center Company-Provided Term Life Insurance Voluntary Insurance Options – Term Life, Accident, Disability, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Financial Wellness Resources Employee Discounts & Perks Opportunities for Career Development and Internal Growth Note: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Keystone Industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
