Recruiter
At Selector, you will be crucial in scaling our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various technical and non-technical domains. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Selector's collaborative and innovative culture.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruiting process from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing for multiple requisitions across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations.
- Strategic sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Hiring partner: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team needs, define job requirements, and develop structured interview processes that assess for both skills and cultural fit.
- HR collaboration: Partner with HR to streamline the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists).
- Deep expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems like BambooHR or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- The salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, and may vary from the amount listed.
