Hr Generalist Position
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Sherman Oaks, California. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to manage and support key human resources functions within a business management environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment and resolving employee inquiries.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Support human resources administration tasks, such as documentation, reporting, and compliance efforts.
- Coordinate training sessions and development opportunities for employees.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards across HR practices.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems for managing employee data and records.
- Experience in onboarding and training processes.
- Familiarity with benefits administration, including enrollment and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
