As a Recruiting Assistant at PDS Tech Commercial, you will provide essential administrative support to the Recruiting team and work closely with client groups to ensure a seamless selection and hiring process. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help deliver an exceptional candidate experience and support our talent acquisition goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team
- Coordinate candidate interviews and travel schedules
- Maintain files and update databases
- Review resumes, verify employment history, and check references
- Coordinate with outside employment agencies
- Generate and send offer letters
