A pharmacy in Marion, Indiana is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy operations and staff. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a structured weekday scheduleno holidays or weekends. Schedule MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Daily lunch: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities Manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight
Prepare, verify, and dispense prescriptions, collaborating with healthcare providers as needed
Oversee inventory management and storage of medications, including controlled substances, ensuring regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate records of patient information, inventory, insurance claims, and controlled substances
Monitor pharmacy appearance, manage product displays, and handle customer inquiries or complaints
Support new pharmacy openings and telepharmacy operations
Collaborate with Executive Leadership on operational strategies and staff development
Required Qualifications xsgimln Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program
Active Indiana pharmacist license
Certified immunizer
Preferred Experience 3+ years of pharmacy managerial experience
Background in Community Health Centers or 340B program administration
