Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students communication goals Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress consistent with district guidelines Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and school requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a positive learning environment Qualifications and Experience: Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification Open to Clinical Fellowship Candidates; SLPA candidates are not eligible Experience or interest in school-based speech-language pathology preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a school setting This role requires on-site work during regular school hours with a full-time commitment of 35+ hours per week. The position is classified as a soft job, meaning the districts hiring timeline may vary, but the need for SLP services remains a priority.
