Candidates with experience in moderate to severe special education needs are preferred; however, those with mild to moderate experience will also be considered. The role is based in an elementary school setting in Dublin, OH, and is offered as a contract position for the current school year with a start date as soon as possible and an end date in mid-May. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized instructional support to a caseload of 12-16 students with diverse learning needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students requirements Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting strategies as necessary Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning Qualifications: Valid certification in Special Education teaching Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in moderate to severe special education settings Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage a caseload effectively while meeting instructional goals Clean background record is required Location: Dublin, OH This contract role is ideal for educators seeking a focused assignment within special education intervention.
