Provide speech-language pathology services in a K-12 school setting located in Clint, TX, with a focus on supporting students across PreK through 12th grade. This contract role will require dedication to helping students who have gone without services for extended periods, addressing communication needs, implementing IEPs, and managing a sizeable caseload to ensure each student receives appropriate care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology interventions tailored to individual student needs from PreK to 12th grade, with primary focus on high school students. Manage caseloads ranging from 40 to 64 students, including addressing backlogs and providing catch-up services for those lacking prior support. Collaborate with school staff and families to develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals. Conduct comprehensive assessments, documentation, and required cleanup related to speech services. Work onsite during full school days to ensure consistent and impactful therapy delivery. Maintain up-to-date state licensure and adhere to professional and ethical standards. Qualifications: Valid State Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required. Experience working with school-age children, ideally with background in K-12 settings. Ability to manage large caseloads effectively, with strong organizational skills. Comfort servicing high school students as well as younger grades (K8). Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to work full days; part-time considered only if full workdays are completed. Location: Positions available in Clint, TX with one or two school assignments. Locations south and north of I-10, serving distinct student populations with varied caseloads.
