This contract role runs from ASAP through May 22, 2026, with full-time hours aligned to the school calendar35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, involving 7-hour days plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Ideal candidates will possess an active Louisiana DOE teaching certification specific to visual impairment and be immediately available to begin work. The position requires expertise teaching visually impaired students across K-12 grade levels. The specific caseload and number of school assignments will be determined based on district needs.
