A Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available in the Baltimore area, MD, supporting two elementary schools with a focus on early childhood through 5th grade students. This position starts February 16, 2026, and runs through May 29, 2026, with the potential to extend into Extended School Year (ESY) services during July 2026. Responsibilities include providing speech-language support to PreK5th grade students in a K-12 school setting. The schedule consists of 37.5 hours per week, divided between Magnolia Elementary (3 days per week) and Prospect Mill Elementary (2 days per week). The role requires collaboration with school staff and adherence to Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and district protocols. Qualifications and Experience: Current, active Maryland Professional Licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant Experience working with PreK5th grade students in a school environment preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage caseload independently and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to work across two schools within the Baltimore area Location: Baltimore area, Maryland On-site presence needed at Magnolia Elementary and Prospect Mill Elementary Benefits and Perks: Contract role with potential for extension through ESY Opportunity to gain experience in a supportive K-12 school environment Collaborative work setting with passionate educators and therapists Qualified candidates seeking a rewarding SLPA role that supports student communication development in an elementary school setting are encouraged to apply.
