Support the counseling needs of K-12 students across multiple schools in a part-time, contract position based in Mansfield, Texas. This role requires a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters degree in Counseling and a TEA School Counselor certificate to provide school-based counseling services for students with individual IEPs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individual counseling sessions to approximately 50 students across six schools within the district. Manage a shared caseload, collaborating closely with two on-site LPCs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of counseling progress within the districts reporting system. Adapt counseling interventions based on varied minutes assigned per student IEP. Engage in ongoing communication with school staff to support student well-being and academic success. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential. Masters degree in Counseling. Valid TEA School Counselor certification. Experience providing school-based counseling services. Ability to work independently and within a team across multiple school sites. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Location and Schedule: Position is on-site only in Mansfield, Texas. Part-time, 20 hours per week. Itinerant role covering six schools. Contract duration from ASAP through May 21, 2026.
