To act as a liaison between project stakeholders, Information Services (IS), end users, and external stakeholders. Business process analysis, requirements management, documenting and recommending solutions, and project management. Collaborate with multiple departments on multiple projects simultaneously and provide timely and clear communications to all project stakeholders (both technical and functional). Participate in the selection and prioritization of BI projects. Assist with strategic projects form initiation through close, ensuring a standard methodology is followed. Establish relationships with project stakeholders. Elicit requirements. Document requirements. Manage requirements, Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments. Prepare and propose decision packages. Design and implement BI tools to support stakeholders. Document data usage methodologies and sources. Facilitate standardization and documentation of reporting terminology to expedite adoption of solutions. Act as department resource for matters of business analysis, project management and change management by providing consulting support and developing department standards, templates, and strategies. Continually learn by researching trends and best practices on campus, in the higher education industry, and in BI tools in order to re a resident expert.
