Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Manager to oversee a high-volume call center, register homecare workers for statewide classes, and ensure successful member enrollment in workshops and programs.

Address member issues and complex case management situations by developing and presenting innovative solutions.

Register and enroll students, and provide additional administrative support to the Fund and homecare students.

Process applications, notifying students of their selection, collecting and tracking required documents, keeping a record of students’ progress, and providing member service for students in person, on the phone, or via email.

Manage paperwork and communicate course outcomes to stakeholders in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Assist with the recruitment, enrollment, and placement of students in all courses.

Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or equivalent years of work experience required.

Minimum three (3) years experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, enrollment, or case management role required.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex member issues.

Experience with student registration, enrollment, and administrative support.

Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
