Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity. * B.S. in investment, quantitative or technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field).* Demonstrated ability to build robust business cases, prioritize initiative portfolios, and drive cross-functional execution. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity in complex corporate environments.* Experience in product management, technology strategy, or investor enablement within an investment environment.* 5+ years’ experience working with investment professionals (asset management, equity/credit research, or adjacent financial services).* Solid understanding of modern AI/ML technologies (including generative AI and large language models) and their business applications. Able to identify where AI can drive efficiency and innovation.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.* Proven capability in developing and leading programs in partnership with investment teams to deliver strong client outcomes.* M.S. or MBA in an investment, technical or quantitative discipline.* Knowledge of agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or RAG concepts.* Experience implementing AI in large-scale enterprise environments, including exposure to AI governance or ethics frameworks. Experience contributing to technology standards or policies (e.g., model risk management, AI ethics).* 10+ years’ experience working with investment professionals (asset management, equity/credit research, or adjacent financial services).* CFA charterholder or active candidate.Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.
