Treasury Financial Analyst II
and play a critical role in managing interest rate risk, liquidity, and financial performance for one of the region’s leading financial institutions.
As a Treasury Financial Analyst II, you’ll be the backbone of our Asset Liability Management (ALM) process. Your work will directly influence decisions made by senior leadership and committees, including the Board of Directors.

Manage ALM Systems:
Maintain and optimize the ZM Online Asset/Liability system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data, assumptions, and scenarios.
Analyze & Report:
Prepare and deliver reports on interest rate risk, liquidity, and derivatives for executive committees and regulatory compliance.
Drive Insights:
Conduct stress tests, scenario modeling, and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
Collaborate:
Work closely with auditors, regulators, and internal teams to ensure compliance and transparency.
Here is what we are looking for:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
5+ years in Finance/Accounting with strong knowledge of financial statements, ratios, and decision‑making techniques.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ALM software preferred (training provided).

Base Pay/Salary : $78,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year*
*Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
